This fun Pikachu beanie was designed for Amazon and independent retailers in 2019

Bioworld Merchandising’s company motto is “by nerds for nerds”. Bioworld works in tandem with licenses and retailers to design a variety of products. A part of the design process is thorough trend research and learning about the fan culture that surrounds a license to develop products that sit at that crossroads.

We work with sales team members, buyers, and communicate with factories to make sure designs are to standard and meet production deadlines.

It’s always exciting when we get to incorporate fun bells and whistles into designs. This Pikachu beanie features battery powered LED lights in the character’s cheeks. The wearer can flip the lights on and off by pressing a button on the back of the cuff. The lights mimic Pikachu’s electric powers in the beloved shows and games.
